What it actually did.
Once a week the platform reports on itself: every site it runs, every change it made, and which way the numbers moved afterwards. The figures below come out of the same database the agents write to, and a person reviews them before they appear here.
Rises and falls get the same treatment. A results page that only ever goes up is not evidence of anything.

What we changed.
Every edit the platform makes is one of a fixed set of kinds, and each one is recorded before and after so it can be undone. This is what that week consisted of.

The headline and summary a search engine shows for a page. Rewritten so the page states what it is for, in the words people search with.

And what did not land.
The agents proposed 141 changes that week. Fewer than that reached a site, and the gap is worth explaining rather than rounding away.

Sitting in an approval queue, or turned down by the client. On a regulated site every change waits for a person by default.
Movement
Which way rankings went.
Only keywords that ranked in both weeks are counted, comparing each one's average position across the week. Moves smaller than half a position are ignored as noise rather than reported as progress.

Each of these is one client, kept anonymous, told in chapters. The first chapter is where they started and what the plan was. Every month after that adds what was done and what it produced.
Method
How these are counted.
Each week compares itself with the week before. Keyword movement counts only keywords ranked in both weeks, using each keyword’s mean position across the week and ignoring moves under half a position. Search Console restates for two to three days, so the most recent complete week is published, not the current one.
Sites serviced counts every active site on the platform. Pages managed is every page under management across them. A change counts as applied only once it has been written to the live site, not when an agent proposed it. Last updated 11 Sept 2026.
These pages are generated from the platform's own database and opened as a pull request for a person to read before anything appears here. That is the same review step every client site gets.
